About the Author

Kate Clarke is the pen name of an author of sapphic romance and fiction. The name honours a real Kate Clarke, a first love lost forty years ago, whose warmth and empathy live on in the pages of these books.

His debut novel Beachcomber is a sapphic romance set against the backdrop of a far future Empire — a love story about what happens when the life you never planned for becomes the only one worth having. Love, Glasgow is a short story about two women finding each other on a rainy Tuesday afternoon in the Dear Green Place.

More stories are on the way.
